Sabato 18 giugno ore 20.30 La Bottega Solidale Cafè di Via Caffa 2r propone la Cena a tema Somala. La serata è realizzata in collaborazione con il Ristorante etnico Il Continente Nero.

Prosegue il consueto appuntamento con le specialità culinarie del sud del mondo. Questa settimana la golosa cena a tema organizzata e realizzata da La Bottega Solidale Cafè vede la preziosa collaborazione de Il Continente Nero, ristorante etnico specializzato in cucina somala. Per la serata sono state selezionate alcune tra le più note ricette africane orientali, quali l’Anjera, una focaccia morbida accompagnata da verdure ed il Dambar, saporito e caratteristico budino di riso.
