" Luanda, chi aiuta chi ", si muove tra la piccola città di Bailundo, simbolo del martirio del popolo angolano e la Luanda della corruzione e degli affari, fotografando una situazione che è purtroppo simile a quella di molti altri paesi del sud del mondo e che chiama in causa le enormi responsabilità del mondo occidentale. In crisi anche la filosofia degli aiuti umanitari, che a volte diventano involontariamente complici del potere, altre volte si trasformano in grandi e oscuri affari, troppo spesso prestano scarsa attenzione alla nascente società civile ..
