Udienza del processo ai Riva per la morte di alcuni operai che lavoravano a contatto con l'amianto

Il 10 gennaio c'è stata un'altra udienza del processo a carico di 29 ex dirigenti del Siderurgico di Taranto accusati di disastro colposo, omissione di cautele contro gli infortuni sul lavoro e altri reati in relazione alla morte di operai che lavoravano a contatto con l'amianto e altri cancerogeni, deceduti per malattie professionali. Nell'elenco degli imputati ci sono Emilio Riva, suo figlio Fabio, il direttore dello stabilimento di Taranto e diversi ex dirigenti che hanno gestito il passaggio del siderurgico dalla gestione pubblica (Finsider e Partecipazioni Statali) a quella privata, avvenuta nel 1995 con la vendita dell'Ilva a Riva da parte dell'Iri.
Il 4 e il 28 febbraio ci saranno altre udienze.
