Non risultano adottate sanzioni contro il governo degli Emirati Arabi Uniti che sostengono le spietate milizie delle Forze di Reazione Rapida. Essendo gli Emirati Arabi Uniti saldamente collegati alla NATO le sanzioni riguardano persone, società e reti finanziarie ma non l'entità statale.
