Sunugal e Defaral sa bopp

Una festa italo-senegalese con cibo e musica per promuovere le attività dell’associazione Sunugal. “Defaral sa bopp”, ormai noto ai nostri affezionati sostenitori, significa contare sulle proprie forze, ed è il nome del progetto che Sunugal ha attivato in Senegal per diminuire la dipendenza dalle rimesse degli emigrati attraverso il miglioramento sostenibile dell’attività agricola. Numerosi gli sviluppi non solo nel campo dell’agricoltura ma anche per quanto riguarda l’educazione e la formazione professionale, saranno difatti illustrate le attività del Centre Socio-Culturel de Formation en Coupe et Couture (C.S.C.F.C.C) di Sam Notaire. Il centro, attivo dal 1998, svolge attività di formazione di taglio e cucito, di alfabetizzazione, di gestione organizzativa e lezioni di diritto, igiene, salute.
La serata ad ingresso gratuito prevede un menù di pietanze tipiche senegalesi e musica con percussioni dal vivo. Durante l’iniziativa saranno presentati i progetti promossi dall’associazione Sunugal mediante interventi e proiezioni fotografiche.
