Cosa mangeremo? Un quesito al centro del secondo appuntamento di “Indovina chi viene a cena”, in onda domenica 5 aprile alle 20.30 su Rai3. In nome della fame di carne che ha il Pianeta, gli allevamenti intensivi sono sempre più diffusi e praticati. Pulcini con petti enormi, vacche che producono il doppio del latte, salmoni geneticamente modificati. Ma non solo: l'inchiesta di Sabrina Giannini affronta aspetti meno conosciuti della produzione intensiva di carne. La globalizzazione del made in Italy è un esempio di come anche alcuni dei prodotti tipici nostrani vengano in realtà da molto lontano, da luoghi colpiti dal disboscamento e dai roghi della Foresta Amazzonica. In questo scenario, quanto può aiutarci la tecnologia? In Olanda si sperimentano pollai verticali e avveniristiche “fattorie galleggianti”. Ma potrà essere questo il nostro futuro?
