Nell'anniversario del tradimento e dell'assassinio sulle montagne boliviane una serata di dibattito e approfondimento sul grande rivoluzionario argentino.

Cari Hildita, Aleidita, Camilo, Celia ed Ernesto,

se un giorno dovrete leggere questa lettera,

è perché non sarò più tra voi. Quasi non vi ricorderete di me e i più piccolini non

mi ricorderanno affatto.
Vostro padre è stato un uomo

che agisce come pensa ed

è certamente stato fedele alle sue convinzioni.
Crescete come buoni rivoluzionari.

Studiate molto per poter dominare la tecnica che permette di dominare la natura. Ricordatevi che l'importante è la rivoluzione e che ognuno di noi,

da solo, non vale niente.
Soprattutto, siate sempre capaci

di sentire nel più profondo di voi stessi ogni ingiustizia, commessa contro chiunque, in qualsiasi parte del mondo:

è la qualità più bella di un rivoluzionario.
Arrivederci, bambini miei,

spero di rivedervi ancora.
